This website (http://www.greenflamingo.es), owned by GREEN FLAMINGO, has been created and designed to publicise and allow all internet users general access to the information, activities and various services offered by the Company.

GREEN FLAMINGO, being responsible for the website, provides users with this document through which it intends to comply with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users of the website about the conditions of its use.

Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, committing themselves to observing and strictly complying with the provisions herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable.

3.1. For the website content

GREEN FLAMINGO is exempt from any type of responsibility derived from the information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party external to it.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it operates correctly. In principle, correct operation can be ensured 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, GREEN FLAMINGO is not liable for damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of errors or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that lead to the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the website during its provision or beforehand.
